WHAT ARE THE COMMON STAGES OF INTERCOUSES?
Process has been divided into 4 stages
excitement
plateau
orgasm
resolution
These stages overlap and vary from man to man, but sequence of pattern remains the same.
How arousal starts?
Arousal begins in mind. People can even reach orgasm while day dreaming or through fantasies, Reading about sex, looking at erotic pictures, seeing other people making love can be physically aroused. Seeing your partner naked, seeing long hair, buttocks or breast may put you aroused.
Does mood also play role in arousal?
Tiredness, worry or embarrassment can make love making impossible. When a person is particularly relaxed in good mood he is more likely to make love. Going out for dinner or picture sets a mood for love making. Sad environment discourages it.
What changes take place in body during arousal?
To start adrenal glands secrete adrenalin which tenses up the muscles, speeds up breathing and makes the heart rate faster and stronger. Due to increased blood flow skin develops a flush on the top part of the body, sweating may increase. Vaso congestion of the pelvic organs takes place. Vaso congestion produces sensation of fullness, warmth and excitement. Penis becomes stiff and erect. Skin around the scrotum thickens and the testicles are drawn up against the body, in woman breasts become full and the nipples become erect. Increased blood supply secretes a lubricating fluid. The outer lips of the vulva draw back and the inner ones swell and darken. During excitement length and diameter of clitoris enlarges.
Vagina begins to enlarge to accept the penis. Cervix and body of uterus lifts up to make a room in the upper part of vagina.
As soon as vagina lubricates, does it become fit for intercourse or not?
On occasion woman's vagina may quickly become lubricated but may not be fit to receive the male organ. If the man pushes his organ into vagina at this stage she may not be in a receptive stage and may feel pain. Hence couple should spend plenty of time in fore play to make the act enjoyful.
Does erection of penis takes place automatically?
No, on occasion one has to help to achieve full erection and it may harden and soften as the stimulation varies. Similarly woman may also need stimulation of clitoris, or more pressure around it
Does most beautiful female arouse sex feeling in a man?
Beauty, gracefulness and ideals of character in female actually dampen sexual excitement. Although these qualities produce feelings of love, they oppose being able to lust.
